Method
Pour the Botanist Gin into a glass and top with Tonic Water. Garnish according to the season:
Summer: Peach and Chamomille
Autumn: Bramble and Rosemary
Winter: Clementine and Sage

Pour The Botanist Gin into a cold glass with the fresh lemon juice and the Elderflower Cordia. Top up with Soda Water.
