50ml Pinkster Gin
Indian Tonic
Method
Serve a large measure of Pinkster gin over ice and mix with premium Indian tonic.
Garnish
Fresh Raspberry and well-spanked fresh Mint
Ingredients
50ml Pinkster Gin
25ml Lime Juice
25ml Sugar Syrup
Method
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass and stir with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled. Double strain into a glass over cubed ice and garnish with fresh raspberries.
