Taste of Brazil

Cachaça Caipirinah Taste Brazil.JPG

Unfortunately we can’t all head off to Rio this summer, so we thought we’d bring a taste of Brazil to you. Still a relatively unknown spirit outside of Brazil, its national spirit Cachaça should be on everyone’s lips over the next couple of weeks.

Dating back over 400 years Cachaça is produced from sugar cane juice instead of molasses which means it retains much more of the raw grassy like flavour and less vanilla notes, which is just perfect when you’re looking for summer refreshment.

Try adding a couple of these refreshing cocktails to your menu this summer, you’ll be on to a winner!
