I'm Matthew Clark's resident content creator, looking after our social media, website and customer communications. I was a cocktail bartender for while before joining but I now spend most of my time on the other side of the bar.

Having experienced the mentality and motivations of businesses like Tesco and Asda it's a pleasure to be involved on the On-Trade which still revolves around people and personalities.

Nick Zalinski

I'm lucky to have had grandparents that loved great food. I think they were quite proud of their well behaved grandson and regularly took me out to the finest restaurants. This exposure (and their love of Burgundies) has given me a real passion for hospitality and taste experiences - no more so than those provided by wine.

Anthony Hardy

Anthony has been working with wine since 1995 having worked in retail and wholesale, independent family run outfits and large companies such as Matthew Clark. Along with his years in the food industry, Anthony has an excellent understanding of the requirements of the On-Trade market, from boutique restaurants, to conference and wedding venues.

Jemma Calver

Jemma joined us in 2015 as Wine Marketing Manager. Having completed a university placement with Champagne Tattinger, she quickly fell in love with the industry, since then she worked with Majestic before moving from retail to the vibrant On-Trade with Matthew Clark!

Alastair Scott

Alastair is founder of Catton Hospitality, a leading provider of labour scheduling software (S4Labour), training and consultancy. He is passionate about reducing operating costs in the hospitality industry through improved labour management and operational efficiency. S4Labour is an efficient way to schedule rotas in line with sales forecasts, ensuring sites are appropriately staffed.

Judith Newton

I love the On-Trade, every outlet and every customer is different. This means that we get the chance to look for, and discover, new, exciting, different wines.

Jacqueline de Leeuw

After working in the Hospitality industry in various roles in the Netherlands and China I now work in the London Wine Development team. I am very passionate about wine and am undertaking the challenge of the Master of Wine programme in South Africa.

Tim Clay

Tim is the Managing Director for the UK, Ireland and Canada at Asahi UK Ltd. He's been in the industry for more than 25 years, spending that time working with the nation's biggest beer brands.

Andrew Falk

The last 6 years have been a journey of discovery with plenty of hard work and studying which culminated in me completing my Diploma in 2014. I joined Matthew Clark early in 2016 and I’ve loved every minute of it so far!

Tiffany Mogg

My journey into wine started in 2007 when I knew relatively little on the subject, bar that I liked it. Since then I've gained my WSET Diploma, and Educators qualification and joined Matthew Clark in 2012.

Alan is the co-founder of Brewgooder and passionately believe that socially minded business can transform the world. With their Clean Water lager, drinkers can finally help others by doing what they love – drinking great beer!

Ceri Lewis

I have worked in the On-Trade for 15 years now, split into two spells and have worked in the Matthew Clark Spirits & RTD's Team for the last 7 years, I can't now imagine working in a different industry.

Angela Evans

I had a wonderful inauguration into the wine trade by hosting wine holidays to all the key wine regions of France, learning from exciting winemakers, tasting their wines and matching regional foods. My passion for wine has never waned in over 20 years in the industry. Angela has her WSET Diploma and is a WSET Certified Educator.

Martin Murray

Martin is the owner and distiller of Dunnet Bay Distillers. He developed the recipe and methodology for Rock Rose Gin. His wife, Claire, is the co-owner of the business, which is located in their home village of Dunnet in the Far North of Scotland.

Rachel Love (alumni)

After completing an Economics degree I embarked on an MBA in Wine Business Management at The Royal Agricultural College and then joined Majestic wine managing stores completing my WSET Diploma. I sought a new challenge and joined Matthew Clark as a Wine Development Specialist in 2013.

Keith Moir

Keith's first role in the trade was 12 years ago with a small South African winery. He first joined Matthew Clark in 2005 and believes Matthew Clark's current wine portfolio has never been stronger.

Zoe Coombs (alumni)

After many years of working front of house in the On-Trade, Zoe realised that finding a customer the perfect wine for their meal or just their taste gave her an immense amount of pleasure. Zoe is now our Head of Wine Development.

Sean Harrison

Former Lieutenant in the Royal Navy, Sean Harrison is keeper of the coveted 200-year-old Plymouth Gin recipe which has been passed down verbally to every Master Distiller since 1793.

Simon Grayson (alumni)

After a colourful life, which has included farming tobacco in Central Africa, to buying a restaurant, in Leicestershire, via the motor trade in Kenya, I fell into the wine trade by default, just over 12 years ago.

Mark Unsworth

Mark is the UK brand Manager for Villa Lobos, and experienced marketeer having previously worked on global brands including L’Oreal, Mastercard. Coca-Cola and Smirnoff Ice.

Ian Daws

I have over 15 years’ experience in the industry, including 10 years behind many of the greatest bars in the country (Match EC1, Milk & Honey, The Player, Brass Monkey). I now work alongside account managers to assist with anything from spirit and category training to menu development.

Caroline, better known as 'Caz', is a bartender at The Voodoo Rooms in Edinburgh who brought the fun tiki-style Nana Colada to our 2018 STIR IT UP cocktail competition.

Gabrielle Hutson

Gab found a love for wine (and spirits and beer and coffee!) during her years on the hospitality scene around Australia. The desire to dip her toes into a bigger wine and hospitality industry drove her to London and today she writes, reads and talks non-stop about wine for Matthew Clark's website and social channels.

Melissa Cole

Award-winning writer Melissa is widely acknowledged as one of the UK’s leading beer & food experts. Renowned for her sense of humour and ability to translate complicated beer jargon into something everyone can understand, she’s already seen success with her debut book Let Me Tell You About Beer.

Abi is the High End Key Account Manager for AB In-Bev with a particular interest in craft and specialty, spirits and adjencencies.

Mary McCarron

Mary looks after the majority of Matthew Clark's digital marketing comms. After a couple of years working in tech, she found her way back to the hospitality industry and can now be found talking all things cocktails, spirits, beer, softs and more across our website, social media, and other digital channels.

Jack Charlton

An alumni of London’s hottest venues, Jack now find himself representing one of the most adored cognac houses in the world, Rémy Martin. Drawing on his wealth of experience of running members clubs, Michelin starred restaurants and private events , he has a keen eye for detail and understands the importance of creating memorable moments while sharing the story of this family-owned cognac house as it comes into its tercentenary.

Calum Fraser

Hailing from William Grant & Sons homeland of Scotland, Calum Fraser started off his hospitality career over 15 years ago. Since then he has worked across several bars in Scotland with his passion for creating teams and driving their progression leading to multiple award wins under his stewardship. Calum now represents the Innovation Portfolio at William Grant & Sons UK, educating the industry and consumers on exciting new brands such as Discarded, Atopia and Ailsa Bay.

Seb Pinto

Seb works in digital marketing for Matthew Clark. While studying at university, he worked part-time as a bartender and discovered a passion for the drinks industry. Since graduating in July 2022, he now puts his on-trade knowledge to good use across our channels.
