Sales and Marketing Planning Manager
I joined the drinks industry 7 years ago, after working for a stationary wholesaler for 10 years in both sales and marketing roles. My key responsibilities include the implementation of the regional marketing plans, managing regional events, and running customer promotions and incentives. I have a keen interest in product and range development and sit on the New Product Listing Committee who are collectively responsible for agreeing which new products come into the business.
Why do you love the On-Trade?
I love working in the On-Trade, as it's a really dynamic atmosphere, every day is different. The key part of what I enjoy doing is ensuring that Outlets are providing an experience for consumers with every drink they sell. The On-Trade is changing by the day with new product development and innovation really driving the industry forward.
