Senior Regional Sales Manager
My first sales role was at Palmer and Harvey but the world of wine was calling and I then spent 4 years at Waverley. Matthew Clark were growing and expanding their range and I was fortunate to join in the Midlands as a Sales Account Manager in January 2004. After 9 months away safely bringing twins into the world I returned to work and quickly moved into a Key Account Managers Role. After not missing a budget, I was looking for the next challenge. A Regional Sales Manager opportunity came up in November 2007 and I was successful so packed my family up and moved to Bristol! I have been doing the Senior RSM role now for 5 years, and I now look after the Wine Development Specialists and the Sales Exec team. Wine is a passion of mine, my favourite tipple is Ruinart Blanc de Blanc and I'm about to start my wine Diploma!
Why do you love the On-Trade?
I love the pace, energy and people in the On-Trade. What a bonkers and exciting place it is to be. I have made some incredible friends along the way and laughed a lot. Of course none of that would make any sense if it wasn't for Matthew Clark!
