Contact Centre Manager
Every day's a school day, there's always something fresh to get stuck into, even after seven years at MC. I'm super proud of the experience within the department - collectively 1,364 years and counting! We focus on delivering a distinctive, straightforward and supportive service to our customers. When I'm not working, I'll be taxiing my kids around the Somerset countryside; walking a dog; or enjoying a cheeky (grown-up) cocktail; but never all three simultaneously.
